Getting Started

What is ProofPosts?

ProofPosts is a B2B community content distribution service. We create and distribute value-driven posts across platforms like Reddit, Discord, Telegram, Medium, Google Business Profile, and Lemmy — driving real traffic to your website. Without the spam. (We mean that.)

Think of it as having a dedicated content team that actually understands how online communities work. We handle the strategy, the writing, and (if you choose Done-For-You) the posting — so you can focus on running your business instead of figuring out which subreddits won't immediately ban you.

How does the free trial work?

Submit our onboarding form and we'll create sample posts tailored to your business within 24–48 hours. That's it.

  • No credit card required
  • No obligation
  • No auto-billing (we're not that kind of company)

We create sample content based on your business profile so you can see exactly what you'd be getting — before you spend a cent.

What happens after I get my sample posts?

Review them at your leisure. See if you like the quality, the tone, and the strategy. If you want to continue, choose a paid plan that fits your goals.

If not? No hard feelings. No pressure, no aggressive follow-ups, no "just checking in" emails every 48 hours. We built something we're confident in — we don't need to pester you into buying it.

How long does onboarding take?

Free trial path: ~2 minutes. Shorter than your last coffee order.

Paid plan path: ~5 minutes. A bit more detail so we can nail your brand voice — most of that time is you telling us what makes your business tick. (The fun part, in our opinion.)

Service & Delivery — The Nitty-Gritty

Which platforms do you post on?

Reddit, Discord, Telegram, Medium, Lemmy, and Google My Business.

Every post is adapted for each platform's culture, rules, and audience expectations — because what works on Reddit will get you laughed out of a Telegram group. Platform fluency isn't optional; it's the whole point.

How many posts do I get?

It depends on your plan tier:

  • Starter: 40 posts/month
  • Growth: 120 posts/month
  • Professional: 240 posts/month
  • Enterprise: 400 posts/month
  • Custom: 600+ posts/month

Full-Service DFY plans are also available starting at $119/mo. Check our pricing page for the full breakdown.

Do you post directly to my accounts?

Free trial / sample posts: No — we deliver content via email for you to review and post yourself.

Paid Done-For-You plans: Yes — we post on your behalf with your express consent, using official platform APIs. No guesswork, no manual copy-paste on your end.

We skip platforms that aren't yet set up, so there's no waiting for 100% coverage before we start delivering results. Progress over perfection.

What's your content approach?

We use a carefully calibrated ratio:

  • 75% value posts — helpful content, no links. Pure community building.
  • 15% soft promo — natural brand mentions woven into genuinely useful content.
  • 10% direct promo — links and CTAs, earned through the goodwill of the other 90%.

This ratio keeps accounts healthy and communities happy — and it's why our posts don't get removed. Anyone can spam links. We build the reputation that makes those links welcome. (There's a metaphor about earning trust at a dinner party here, but we'll spare you.)

Will my accounts get banned?

Our value-first approach is specifically designed to prevent this. Here's how:

  • We follow each platform's rules and community guidelines — religiously
  • We space posts naturally and rotate communities
  • We lead with value, not promotion

We've been doing this long enough to know exactly where the line is — and we stay comfortably on the right side of it. The goal isn't to game platforms; it's to be the kind of participant communities actually want. (Turns out, that's also what drives the best traffic. Funny how that works.)

Can I approve posts before they go live?

Absolutely. Weekly batches are sent for your review with a 48-hour approval window. You can:

  • Approve all posts
  • Request revisions to specific posts
  • Hold posts you want to rethink

If you don't respond within 48 hours, posts are auto-approved — because momentum matters. You can always flag content you want changed at any time.

Pricing & Billing — No Surprises

How much does it cost?

Traffic plans start at $97/mo (Starter). Full-Service DFY plans start at $119/mo (DFY Starter) — we handle everything end-to-end.

All prices are in USD. Visit our pricing page for the full tier breakdown, DFY add-on pricing, and Sales Accelerator services.

No hidden fees, no setup charges, no "platform fees" that mysteriously appear on your invoice.

Is there a contract or commitment?

No long-term contracts. Monthly billing, cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. Your service continues until the end of your current billing period.

We'd rather keep you because we're good, not because you're locked in. If we're not delivering value, you shouldn't be paying us. It's not complicated.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Wise and Revolut bank transfers — secure, international-friendly, and without the headaches of traditional payment processors taking their cut out of your patience.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes:

  • Full refund if we fail to deliver your posts within 30 days of your billing date
  • Pro-rata refund for undelivered posts if you cancel mid-cycle
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the billing date

See our Refund & Guarantee Policy for the full details. We keep it straightforward because refund policies shouldn't require a law degree.

Technical

Do I need to give you my account passwords?

Never. We use official platform APIs and OAuth authorization. You grant access through the platform's own secure process, and you can revoke it anytime.

We don't want your passwords — that's a liability we're happy to avoid. If anyone claiming to be us asks for your password, it's not us.

What about SEO — does this help with search rankings?

It does, though not in the "rank #1 tomorrow" way some agencies promise. Here's what actually happens:

  • Natural backlinks — community engagement creates organic links to your site
  • AEO (AI Engine Optimization) — consistent brand mentions mean AI assistants are more likely to recommend you
  • Traffic signals — more genuine visitors = better search visibility over time

It's not instant SEO magic, but it compounds. The businesses that win at search are the ones that show up everywhere with genuinely useful content.

Can I provide special instructions for my content?

Absolutely. During onboarding you can specify things like "never mention competitor X," "always include our tagline," or "our CEO hates the word 'synergy' — do not use it."

You can update these instructions anytime. Your content, your rules. We're surprisingly good at following directions.

Privacy & Security

What data do you collect?

Business information from onboarding (name, email, website, industry), usage data, and cookies for spam prevention. We collect what we need to deliver the service and nothing more.

Full details are available in our Privacy Policy — which we wrote in actual English, not legalese designed to confuse you into compliance.

Do you sell my data?

Never. We don't sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Not today, not tomorrow, not when a data broker waves a check at us.

Your data is used solely for delivering your service and communicating with you about your subscription. That's it.

How long do you keep my data?
  • Active clients: Duration of service
  • After cancellation: 90 days for record-keeping, then permanently deleted
  • Free trial users: 12 months after your last interaction, then deleted

We don't hoard data. When you're done with us, your information doesn't linger in some forgotten database. It goes away — because that's what "deleted" means.
