These terms govern your use of the GASEO free AI search visibility audit at proofposts.com. By using the tool you agree to them.

1. The service

GASEO provides a free, automated audit of how visible a website is to AI-powered search engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, and similar). The audit produces a score and a list of suggested fixes. It is provided "as is" and for informational purposes only.

2. Your responsibilities

• You may only submit websites you own or are authorised to assess.
• You must not use the tool to probe, test, or attack websites you do not control.
• You must not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass its limits, or submit malicious or unlawful content.

3. No guarantee of results

Our scores are estimates based on the public signals we can measure. We do not guarantee that following our recommendations will cause any AI model to cite your website, or that you will achieve any particular ranking or business outcome. Search engines and AI models change frequently.

4. Intellectual property

The GASEO name, website, reports, and methodology are our property. The website content you submit remains yours; we claim no ownership over it.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GASEO is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the service, including loss of business or rankings.

6. Paid plans

Paid monitoring plans are billed via Airwallex. Details, including trial periods and cancellation, are shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase. You may cancel anytime.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
